Online solutions (PC based)
PC acts as the host in all the online solutions. The hardware (Fingerprint sensor / Smart card reader / etc) are attached to the PC through Serial / USB port. Time and attendance software running on the PC issues commands to the hardware and accepts the user response. Upon receiving a valid user-response, the attendance of the user is recorded in PC database and photo is displayed on PC screen |

Keyboard Sign-In 45
This is a very low cost time and attendance solution that uses PC’s keyboard to accept the User ID + Password and record the attendance of employees. It is targeted at Small companies. The PC’s keyboard must be dedicated at the time of recording attendance. The photo of the employee is displayed on screen and a beep sound made as soon as a valid ID and password is entered. This solution can be upgraded to any of the other online solutions. |

Accu Sign-In 45
This is a low cost PC (Windows) based time and attendance solution that uses a Fingerprint sensor to identify a user and record attendance. It is targeted at Small to Mid sized companies. The employees are not required to remember any ID and hence it makes the system convenient to use for unskilled / illiterate staff. The solution is available for 1000 users (expandable). The fingerprint sensor can be extended to a maximum of 20 feet from the PC, but PC screen must be available at the time of recording attendance. The photo of the employee is displayed on screen and a beep sound made as soon as a user is identified. |

Card Sign-In 45
This is a low cost time and attendance solution targeted at Small to Mid sized companies. RFID Sign-In 45, Proximity Sign-In 45, Smart Sign-In 45, Mifare Sign-In 45, BarCode Sign-In 45 are the variants available. They use RFID cards, Proximity cards, Smart cards, Mifare cards, Barcode cards respectively. Barcode cards are the most inexpensive of them followed by Proximity, Smart, RFID and Mifare cards. Proximity, RFID and Mifare are of contactless type, where as Smart and Barcode cards make physical contact with the readers. Smart and Mifare cards can securely store information on their chips. The card is read by the PC to record attendance and display details on PC screen. |

RFID Sign-In SA, Proximity Sign-In 45 SA, Smart Sign-In 45 SA, Mifare Sign-In 45 SA, BarCode Sign-In 45 SA are the variants available. They use RFID cards, Proximity cards, Smart cards, Mifare cards, Barcode cards respectively. Barcode cards are the most inexpensive of them followed by Proximity, Smart, RFID and Mifare cards. Users with RFID cards can walk through the entrance to record their attendance. Proximity and Mifare are of contactless type and are to be shown to the reader, where as Smart and Barcode cards make physical contact with the readers.
